Superb opportunity for Full Time or Part Time Sales Assistant at local furniture store – Basic Salary PLUS Commission
What type of candidate are we looking for?
A driven salesperson, keen to develop their own sales skills. The ability to convey product knowledge to customers and encourage purchases in store whilst maintaining a high standard of customer care. We are looking for a real flair for effective retail sales and great communication skills.
The candidate need not have years of Sales experience but must be keen to learn quickly and will ideally be looking for a career in a sales environment. The ability to work flexible hours will be welcomed also.
How will success be determined?
The role will be target driven and results will be determined on beating sales targets and reaching KPIs. The position will bring with it exciting possibilities for the candidate and potential will be limited only by his or her own ambition.
Role and duties include but not limited to:
- Drive your personal sales through improving product knowledge and communication with customers.
- Maintain a high aesthetic standard on the shop floor.
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
